Travel included. Minimum billed three hours. Additional time €80/hour. Unused package time may be credited as online consultation at €80/hour.
What the consultation includes
Review of the relevant resources you provide, clarification of the objective, comparison of realistic options, identification of priorities and a recommended next sequence.
Implementation after the consultation
The consultation may identify later implementation work such as website development, procurement support, career acceleration, funding work or technical deployment. Those are separate scopes and are discussed only when relevant.
